You're post is an "on purpose" misleading piece of information. Are you simply an "angry about Brian" driven person?!

What don't you understand about the Apple license!?

• Do you dispute that Apple signed a multi-portfolio, multi-million-dollar license with TPL?
• Do you dispute that the portion of that license fee TPL allocated to the MMP at the start of negotiations with Apple was by far the majority being allocated to the MMP, but wound up being only a very minor portion at the end?
• Do you dispute that testimony in the HTC trial showed that PTSC & TPL officially state that Apple - THE MOST VALUABLE COMPANY IN THE WORLD AT THE TIME OF THE LICENSE - paid only $960K for the MMP portion of the license?
• Do you dispute that in depositions from PTSC it was sated that Carlton Johnson raised the issue of comingling in multi-portfolio licensing and received "unsatisfactory responses" from TPL?
• Do you dispute that despite serious questions about these commingling and discount issues being brought up by shareholders, and even the Chairman of the Executive Board of the BOD, that it wasn't until WRITTEN PUBLIC DOCUMENTATION from the HTC case became available that PTSC took action to cover their backsides by suing TPL, and then settling out of court with a settlement that actually INCREASED TPL's take on MMP Licensing?
• Do you dispute that on MULTIPLE occassions, PTSC officially assured shareholders that their oversight of TPL's expenses and the licensing effort was strong and thorough?
• Do you dispute that the $960K license fee officially attributed to Apple - THE MOST VALUABLE COMPANY IN THE WORLD AT THE TIME OF THE LICENSE - has significantly undermined the MMP licensing efforts and damaged us in the jury award in the HTC trial?
• Do you dispute that all of this occurred under the watchful and hawk-like stewardship of Carlton Johnson, Gloria Felcyn, and Cliff Flowers?
• Do you dispute that there was a recent trial with HTC during which testimony on these very issues was offered, issues by the way which PTSC would never willingly disclose to shareholders, and that had to be culled through hours of research by Brian and Laurie and others, after which they voluntarily shared with this board, yet that the likes of most who sit here and disparage the sources now did so as well back then as I showed in my post to Fut earlier?

Hmmmm.....will all of your postings which imply that PTSC is a passive victim to Agoracom posters with a secret agenda or a ruthless business partner whom they can't control, and that the pot of gold is just around the next corner if shareholders would just stop pointing out their failures, etc. etc. etc., continue to be allowed on this board?
