I was there too and can say I noted the reaction of the BOD. They were tongue tied and beside themselves to know what to say. They kept looking at the attorney and had a "what do we do or say now?" expression on their faces. All I could think of then was there was a nondisclosure provisiopn. With that in mind I have to wonder how the idea of keeping it a secret would give DL prestige or clout when negotiating with other infringers? I can also appreciate your take on what happened that day. I must say it still was a puzzling revelation to most there. Not just the info ( because some seemed to know already), but also the idea that the BOD were not aware that it was going to be made public right then, though they would not confirm it even when pressed. Such a buzz that day and all the way up to right now.
