IMO it is because someone(s) are telling them what to do. They are not their own persons at this point. Who is or are those pulling the strings? Follow the money.... but we can't because it is obscured from us. But some of the clouds and curtains have been pulled aside with the court documents.

Just waiting for a few eager beaver types of politicians or government hot shots that want to make a name for themselves to get interested in all of this. It will take on a life of its own.
