Thanks Geoff! Nice clear, concise appraisal of the situation at the NDCA. So what are the matters that have not been settled that preclude PTSC from announcing they will not file an appeal at the ITC...the BK crap? I assume the possibility exists that DL/TPL refuse to respond re the appeal, holding up the NDCA, and therefore maintain control by NOT moving forward. I think PTSC, in the pr, is expressing their view that action should have and should be focused on NO. CAL. immediately.
