Seems like I remember seeing that Swamy was being paid during these proceedings--his was a secured debt as I remember. Looks like DL hurt several people under the IntellaSys umbrella--at least there was Chuck, Brown, and Swamy. I agree with you, shboomer--DL is no longer on PDS board and it will need the 3rd party. I hope that it is someone who has no lilnks to DL our any of our BoD. GL, ads
