I cashed in on 6m0nths of home consumed while awaiting access to this forum. BM in on a hault for a few weeks now and likely will be so for 2-4 more weeks while due diligence is on the go. This halt on NOT is good to allow cooler heads and frustrate the hot money that can cause harm to the longer term outlook.
