I believe they spent 4-6 months trying to get some diverse set of ducke all lined up due to a very good prospect and too many area players with too little cash (only agrivated by the impending credit crunch) and or experienced people (the exploration sector is in exploded mode). They prepared to mive quickly to gain max benefits only to overshoot even their highest expectations. Now they are attempting to catch up on the commerce side in an effort to stay in control of the path forward (max benifets esp in a long term problematic credit period). If they sell out (and they will sometime in the next 6-9 months), they will want tons of good data and a sound financial partner on side to ensure they take the max reward off they table when the time finally arrives to call it a good deal for the shareholders. Remember,:Dispite the current financial market conditions, THERE IS TONS AND TONS OF MONEY OUT THERE LOOKING FOR GOOD, SECURE PLACES TO BE PUT TO PROFITABLE WORK.
