Everyone seems to assume that people are selling the warrants. I suspect that many are writing the cheque to convert the warrants into real shares and are holding. The cheque goes to the NOT cash account and the share can then be sold. Why sell? Many will say that they would wait and only exercise when they want to sell bu I would suggest that a bird in the hand....
