Can anyone confirm my logic here -

Basically there are parties out there that want to keep the stock down. So they employ a few strategies.

1) They have warrants to exercise so they lump them all into one bid @ some price just over the current.

2) They 'short' huge amounts of the stock @ some price just over the current.

This creates a wall of like 500,000+ shares to sell. The average retail investor can't take that out so the SP 'bounces' against this wall and even drops from it.

These companies then buy it up at increasingly lower levels to cover them from the losses they are taking by shorting. Or if they have warrants then they are using this 'free' money to potentially try and make heaps more.
