To the best of my understanding, it is anticipated that the ramp will be started and continue through the winter as workers will be sheltered from the elements by the ramp structure itself.  Though it will take months to complete, various portions of the excavation will be sent out for processing to produce potential revenue and to assist in defining what we have.  This should contribute to the stream of NOT news reports.
