This is a reprint of my earlier post.

Just to show the LOW side estimate.

I have no premium built in, I only add $1.00 for windfall, I use a figure of 125,000,000 shares and I use 10% for in situ value instead of 15%.

So this is ROCK BOTTOM PRICE imo.

7,000,000 tons * 800 / ton = 5,600,000,000

times 10% = 560,000,000

divided by 125,000,000 shares = $4.48

Add Windfall as $1.00 per share (cheap!) as is = $5.48
