Bravekind, you are correct. I was getting a little ahead of myself.

Your calculation bodes well for our existing S/P in that we are certainly not overvalued as some would like us to believe. (Pending the 300 metre down dip extention coming to fruition).

By virtue of all parties that matter believing we are "significantly undervalued", I will revisit my S/P valuations from time to time knowing it's only a matter of time before we prove them conservatiive.
