Being the Ceo of one of the most succesful mininers in Canada(IE River Gold) My respesct for Richard reaches back over 30 Years, if he was a Brit he would be Sir Richard Nemis. I have called him Dick, Nemo etc and there has always been a gleen in his eye. When I ask for him on the phone through the service(thank God he has some good help) I always ask for Richard!!!!!! Ask for RN and you may ot get a call back. Elaine has been there forever(I wish her family well.) I'm sure all his seriouse bus partners call him Richard, or Mr. Nemis(except when he gets to to the rig and all call him Dick).That is the way he is is. Comfortable in the boardroom and at the drill sight.He is the most honest man in the mining Bus I've ever known.

We used to question whether they could play bingo---yelling bingo before the card was full LOL.I believe that his strategic relationships with IBK (Sheldon) and Sprott(Eric) have led him to a point in his historic experience that have matured him beyond what even he could have hoped. Maybe not!!!!!! He always had good people around him and I miss some.
