I don't think it has anything to do with the present share price. It's actually more of a buy in price...a "getting into the action price"..
We pay the retail share price. These bigger guys buy a piece of the action. That's why the share price increases when they get involved.
Anyone can buy shares...the number of shares can be a problem as well. As they buy in the price increases leaving them a buy in that is pretty high as longs hold. The volume isn't always there to make a big buy involving millions of shares.
If the big boys come to visit RN will make them pay to have a chance of getting anything big in this play. That's why RN says 10.00. They will need to pay 10.00 to get any piece of the action.
Hmmm....must be tired. A bit redundant in the wording. The point is still there.
