You say "Currently, the share value is complete speculation." Really? Based on 7million tonnes of $800 rock that both Micheal White and Richard Nemis have confirmed, the insitu value of Double Eagle is currently 5.6 billion based on 170-300meters of what will hopefully turn out to be a 1.8km strike. The last update stated the deposit is widening and deepening as it moves southwest. Forget the potential to find other similar pods. Forget Noront's huge land package. Forget Windfall, China, Burnt Hill and about ten other projects. Forget JP Morgan.
The upside potential on this one single deposit alone is enormous, so why wouldn't there be speculation? Not counting any other Noront properties or projects, and based on a 10% valuation (when we could in fact be valued much higher) 5.6 billion insitu translates into a 4.66 share price. We closed at 4.78. Woah, the speculation here is out of control.
