I see everyone has their area plays picked out but let me caution each and every one of you. You are dividing your funds among plays outside of the NOT zone. Sure some of them are close, so close it could be measured in yards but I recall, not long ago when NOT hit at Windfall.

MUG and FWR are jv'd right next door. 100 metres and what did it get them? Or more imprtantly what did it det the share holders? Nothing. Both MUG snd FWR gave the land to NOT for a fee. We will see the effects of that fee when Windfall is in production.

Now I know its difficult to pass up on a good looking area play but I must give this piece of advice:

The plays jv'd with NOT as well as the soon to be's are the ones to be holding your money for. Right now we have 2 plays that have no volume and are going cheap.

Now think about this. Nemis wants the area drilled ASAP hence all the jvs upcoming.

Now do you think he is going to have these plays waste their time on not so good turf? Or do you think, knowing Nemis as you now do, that he will give these plays the prime locations where results are almost gauranteed.

We know he has a drill plan. Would it surprise us if he had a  drill plan for the entire property?......NOT!

So be sure to keep some in the kitty for the new partners. I put my money on them without even knowing them before I place it all on the area plays.JMHO............:)........Don
