Please balance your reported coversation about SPQ and the 55% with the response provided by UC on this matter. I have asked them twice, both times because of your hints at some problem with this agreement, and both times they have provided the same response. Why do you persist in this claim? It is exasperating to clear something up with the company and then have you spread your contrary impression once again. Please mention the following the next time you state that UC does not have a rock solid agreement with SPQ.

Thank you for your inquiry. The following response was provided by UC Resources:
We are covered in our option agreement, we can spend our required amount at any time to earn that 55%....if anyone is interested in that land package they would have to come to us as we would have 55%, our option agreement can't be violated, and covers such provisions. If we start to hit something interesting and decide to excellerate our agreement we have that option available as well.
