Hurtin Albertin - Response to your nonsense

Hurtin,

If this last post truly represents your best efforts at analysis, and the true focus of your efforts, I now understand your difficulties in appreciating the potential for Noront.

But no worries, we are all here to help!

Rodg45 seems like a decent new addition to the Agoracom family of posters...enthusiastic, interested in new developments, (good looking mug shot), seems like a straight shooter.

It is good to have him/her aboard.

I post only under the one moniker (which happened to be my nick name when I began articling around 20 years ago). I do not pump Noront as I could care less if you or anybody else buys this stock or sells this stock. Everybody should do as they please. Free world and all that.

I am 100% positive about this company because they have not missed a step in my opinion. They have, what I believe, to be a portfolio of well selected properties that are likely going to make me much more wealthy than I could ever hope in my regular day job.

In my discussions over the years with Richard Nemis, I have never had a moment to doubt (and I doubt naturally!), and have remained impressed with his approach and his team.

I do not pump this stock, because I have no interest in whether or not somebody else buys or not. My position remains intact and will remain intact until I see where this is heading, in my view, within the next 6-18 months (and hopefully sooner).

Whether or not you share in that wealth, who cares?

Noront cannot control the market. They can only control what happens on their properties, and provide information to shareholders as it becomes available. The market, for the most part, has remained fairly quiet as generally less than 1% of the float of outstanding shares trades in a day (yesterday was a little over 1%).

You seem to be one of those (clowns?) that want to effect the movement of that small percentage of shares. Your few posts lack any sort of in depth understanding or analysis. Your comments about prisons was just dumb.

In terms of me "liking to brag about my lawyering skills", you must be joking. While it is true that I am a lawyer, there is no great public love for the members of my profession. Even so, most of us try to do what we can, quietly, to help. I consider myself to be blessed to have that opportunity.

To the extent that my training and skill set may be relevant to this forum, I can read closely and forensically analyze data and attempt to apply logic to a forecast. That's it.

If you have similar skills, you have hidden them well.

I believe your time here on Agoracom will be brief. Either add something substantive to the analysis, or go away.

Back to sleep,

Wake me at $20.00
