If you think that the shareprice is being manipulated and held down then BUY.Buy at the ask and buy odd lots,as cross trades are matched in odd quantities ie: 200.400,800...numbers that are not normally ordered.Keep attempting to steal these crosses as it will cause them to rethink their strategies.This is just my opinion as I am not a saavy investor.Opinions please.
