Message: OT: The Big Score-jRobert Friedland
I am not surprised by your comment on Friendland and agree with you 100%. As you read your book I would be courious to hear your comparisons (or others) between Freidland and Nemis and IF you were at the bargaining table with an Inco or other attempting to secure the absolute best value for shareholders, who you would want beside you. (remember Friedland was in it for only himself and screw all others, but was that a positive or negative for Diamond fields shareholders? I can think of may Diamonds Fields management that did not want anything to do with him, but they are very wealthy today) We all know Richard Nemis is a wonderful man and given I have had a great conversation with him believe he would do himself and shareholders well, but I would love to hear another objective (remove the subjectivity from our thinking) point of view. Please do not take this as an attack on Richard or any of the Noront team as it is NOT, but rather an objective comparision that could achieve the same results. I hope I do not affend anyone by asking the question and I have I appologize in advance.
