I do not know if it ever happens this way,  but could we not sell each anomaly as it is discovered at a predetermined formula based upon the 43-01.  The first purchaser would have the right to first refusal on each following find.  That way there would be no reason to spin off Windfall or any other project.  This could work if we already had enough tonnage to be a world class mine with only selling a partial number of claims.

Doubt the major would like this but if they want in and that is the game we wanted to play, why NOT!
