I have a list, everyone does, of close personal friends and aquiantances, the list is prioritized as to who the first and foremost "go to" people are, I believe Mr. Nemis has one as well, one which has been gleened from his past interactions and experiences with said individuals, having said that,i also believe that as much as we do DD, on companies you can rest assured Mr. Nemis has done extensive DD on all of the on board JV players to date and would not enter into thesee agreements lightly.Eventuall this will all become common knowledge down the road. We need to be patient. This is only the beginning, more JV's to come.
