You are a fine person as is Poly, because he evidently stood up for the whole board hoping no one would be unintentionally deceived by my posting. I think everyone on this board is grown up. We all can read between the lines. If not, and you’re investing your precious savings in the junior mining bussines, well I fear that’s just a bad start. 

The post was indeed intended for further DD. I could have send it trough  pm, but non the less it is info for everyone.

I am not a regular poster, just posting when I feel my thoughts can be of value or to comment on something. I stick to the facts. A JV is a JV, whether the modalities of the contract are being followed or not. We will see in time, not even Poly can forsee the outcome. I leave conjecture, speculation and assumption to other fine posters on the board. Helium
