Many of the cash rich bunch in Canada talk about overseas 'Banana Republics' and associated challenges while at the same time treating this country as their own personal 'Banana Republic'. Many elsewhere are aware of this. What we need is IF we do go to a local interest(s) we need to be assured they are the mature locals and not the types that treat this place as if it were their own 'Banana Republic'. Old Joe
