Could some of you make inquiry on the nature and extent of the 'Confidential data access' agreements Richard Nemis mentioned back in October and or November.
Things we should know more about with respect to these agreements include:
a) Who are the interests who signed any such agreement(s)?
b) Exactly what is it these interests agreed to in these agreements?
c) When will these agreements expire?
d) Once expired will there be announcements made to that effect?
e) What obligations will follow the expiration of there agreements? How can the interests signing such agreements then use the information and data they had special access to.
AND Most of all,
Will we then have fair access to the same information and data?
and Will we or anyone else have access to the information and data at any time before any of there agreements expire? even without there being any buyout offers on the table.
