True that NOT all Warrants are equal. Each issue of Warrants is subject to the conditions attached to that issue. The current Warrants would have been Tradable after June 07, 2008 had they NOT Expired prior to that date.

Are the current Warrants now automatically Called due to the SP having closed at or above $6.00 for 10 consecutive trading days. The wording does suggest this. Thus, Noront may NOT need to give the CALL notice. To be sure on this it would be safe to make a phone call to the Noront Office so as to have the matter crystal clear. Always better to be ABSOLUTELY SURE and NOT risk being dissapointed.
