Thanks for the great post. I am confused - which is not unusual for me. I have bought, (I thought) all the area plays but if Mr Nemis likes WSR then I have missed one.

Does WSR have some good JV's with NOT and BMK? I wonder why he likes them so much? Can someone enlighten me - please!
