I recently sold approx $20,000.00 of an RRSP stock to buy something else and couldn't believe they charged me $500.00 to do this! That's approx 2%, and what's got me worried is what's gonna happen when I eventually sell my NOT, at what I'm hoping will be over $500.000.00, at 2% fees that would cost me $10,000.00!!!

Can some of you more experienced posters offer me some advise on where to go where I can do my own trading for considerably less? I wouldn't trade much more than a couple times per month.
