John, I think you are only surveying the surface. Dig a little deeper or read between the lines.
What in the name of hesus is that WSR doing. Well my answer is accumulating property and prime property at that. Remember The Perfect Score. They are 100% positive that by that time or probably after the winter drill season the worth of the area plays will quadruple and I'm being conservative.
The money? All they need do it hit 1 anomaly and they have as much in the bank as NOT.
