While I believe Windfall will be put into production and faster than might be expected by using nearby mill it won't affect Noront's share price for well over a year. DE finds are why Noront is over $5 with Noront's other properties being conservatively valued at a dollar.
It is awfully hard to understand why the market at this time only values ROF properties at $4.30 a share as that's likely close to the value of DE1 alone, AT THIS TIME.
I wonder if a number of investors are like me and say 'well Noront is a great buy at $6.50 BUT look it keeps going up and down in price so I'd feel stupid buying at $5.30, maybe I can buy it lower next week'. Noront is worth way more than current price and the fact people know this doesn't seem to prompt them to buy. Makes it very hard for solid news to move the stock price. We need some dancing bears and excitement to get things moving. Maybe just one single drill core with blow you socks off results.
