Just catching up and this my be addressed already, but D12, lets turn that into a mine that gets sold.

Lets take your unrealistically low 10 million tons, lets be pessimistic and say NOT DE will only be worth $500/ton with lower commodity prices etc. I believe fully diluted we would have some where near 140 million shares and we get taken out at 30% in situ (not the VB 40%)

10,000,000 x $500 = 5 billion dollars

5,000,000,000 / 140,000,000 = $35.71

$35.71 X 30% = $10.71 per share

So even if NOT did not prove up or proved up little more than we know now for tonnage we would be selling for slightly less than a 50% profit from todays close. Now what investor would not buy a stock that was guaranteed to sell at double it's price
