d12, you need some more practice in looking at the glass half full.
Your second paragraph starts out, "I think we can all agree that we are undervalued, why?" There went negativity out the window!
We still need assay results from E2, and don't have any NR-based visuals on what is being called E3. I think one recent poster is one whole level ahead of the game - thinking that E2 is set and we have great visuals on E3 - how did he or she come to that conclusion? Those are items of speculation for now.
Our price is now in the $5's, many here think it will eventually go to $25 and beyond (and soon) - and the strong inference that can be fairly drawn being that, indeed, there is risk, otherwise we wouldn't be trading at such a discount to a price that so many think we'll have little trouble obtaining.
The people that hold the warrants are likely somewhat sophisticated (in addition to being rich). If our downside is no more than $5, I would expect those sophisticated investors to buy the shares if the stock trades even slightly above $5. Like others, I think it will take a lot closer to $6 for a good chunk of those warrants to be exercised. Whether that will ultimately be good or bad, will have to be answered with hindsight, there's no way to know now. I'd love to see them exercised for the very reason of how favorably that would reflect on the prospects of the company.
As to this board having bashers, soft or otherwise. I usually don't have a chance to read the board till evening - have these bashers been banished by then? I really see this as a very, very positive board, maybe I've spent too many years on SH.
Many NOT fans are very good writers, and are very persuasive in their posts, including those with technical knowledge. This has been a great ride for the last 8 months or so, and we may well just be getting started, but people who are new and inexperienced or cannot afford to lose much money, need to realize there are risks, as Mark555 pointed out when he reprinted the boilerplate risk factors.
I am looking forward to the news that will make the warrant holders decision to exercise an easy one.
