Blue Sky Value

I have been reading this forum for the last six months and enjoy it very much. Many knowledgeable posters have been calculating the share price in terms of Windfall and resource allocation at DE. FNC has a share price of $2.35 without a hole drillled and no concept of the size of an ore body. I hold FNC so I am not bashing the stock, just living in semi calculated hope lol. However, regardless of the number of shares outstanding, it appears that ROF investors are willing to pay $2.35 for some scientific data and a chunk of blue sky. It stands to reason that with our six anomolies that the value of blue sky should start in excess of two bucks. When you consider the value of the ore as calculated by others, our value is far too low.
