Excuse me but with no resource calculations signed and delivered someone could say Noront doesn't have Assets either.

This is being really picky since it's obvious that Noront has identified rich mineralization at DE1 and of course Windfall BUT in actual fact these aren't assets until qualified person states what is there and so far Noront hasn't done this.

No reflection on Noront's value meant but people in glass houses shouldn't throw stones.
