Agreed, Noront are hiring out required expertise but pulling together so many players and personalities isn't something they'd likely be much help with. When a major comes in they will pick and choose who and at what money they want to deal with.

Remember the top one or two guys in these juniors call the shots and pay themselves off pretty much how they want. Why would they give all this up to merge with one company? Not saying it couldn't be done at some point down the road but that, not now and not likely.
