Expensive scare tactic if someone cleans you out of 90K shares because you can't retract that offer if someone hits it. Sorry but can't see where anyone could benefit from doing that. Simplist read is that someone does want to sell at that price. Doesn't mean if eager buyers come into the market they can move part of the offer up in price at any time or totally remove it.
