That's quite the gap between $5.25 and $5.39...why would they not just raise their ask to $5.38?

I'm thinking the manipulation works like this.....keep a lid on the NOT shares.....because if NOT runs up, so do all the area plays...it's not just all about NOT to these guys....they are building positions in all the area plays...because in the end, it's gonna come down to who is controlling the area and not just the NOT claims...although, NOT is where the majority of the value is for sure
