Don't talk means "keep your mouth shut or your gone"...

It also means we will fire you "for cause", we will go after you for professional misconduct and you will lose your 'status', we will sue you and your parent company, we will feed you to the TSE for insider trading and generally make your life miserable and horrible OR you can do your job and act like the professional you are and we will continue to treat you like the loyal and important employee that you have been.

I suspect that after the TSE had a chit chat with RN about the last E1 leak he had a chit chat with all his staff and contractors. It wouldn't suprise me at all that everyone was required to sign confidentiality agreements or find a new place to work.
