I wonder what concessions SGS offered to NOT to keep them on board. I’m sure NOT will not be paying for the re-test of botched samples. I believe we have now become a preferred customer for SGS and any future work will be treated with outmost care. Sure hope this event means that future samples get treated with some priority at SGS.
