Funny, last night I was doing the same thing as you and came to many of the same conclusions. There is a reason everything is soooo quiet . They could use a major buying in early as was done in 'The Big Score.' They strike up a deal with a major for a certain amount of $$$ and in return get their voting rights so as to PREVENT a hostile takeover. Don't worry about this being premature. RN has the best legal and investment advice around and he will not let his legacy be sold (eventually) for anything less than what it is worth.
