My take on "reviewing their ownership interests in these lands" is that Probe and Noront and reviewing the exploration expenditures they have made (line cutting, etc.), and how much of the target anomaly lies in each of their properties - with the view of concluding a JV agreement as to the percentage of future exploration costs, and the percentage ownership of any mineral deposit that may be discovered at this anomaly.
