Yes but you don't do this with 20 to 50 tonnes of ore. You truck it to an existing mill and run the stuff taking the gold out the other end. Quick, dirty and fast. Of course you dont' get 100% of the gold out but most will be and gives a good picture of what's likely to be obtained in production.
