The chances of Noront ever controllng 80% of the ROF play is microscopic. Eventually it will be one of the major international mining companies who picks up control and they will want to cherry pick who they do business with and play one company against another if they possibly can.

What Noront has been able to do is consolidate the area around McFauld lake AND obtain a large claim portfolio. This makes it likely that 'Major' will pay a premium for Noront as the key to obtaining maximum leverage when adding other companies deposits.

Noront shareholds obtaining maximum value given the above scenerio and the other exploration companies have to look after themselves and their shareholders cause it's not our job.

Can you really imagine all or even most of the junior exploration companies active in the 'ROF' giving up control of their claims and letting someone else negotiate on their behalf? I think the 'control' Dick Nemis refers to is the fact that without Noront 'in the bag' a major would be reluctant to invest.

It is also my opinion that it's highly unlikely more than one 'Major' will end up investing. The first one in with the major position (Think Noront) should be able to control the 'ROF'. Given the terrain, weather and infrastructure lack it's hard to see multiple 'Majors' sharing resposilities and costs.
