They say there is no issue with 100% ownership of the property and then state, "Probe has retained professional advisors to consider any steps which may be appropriate to confirm its 100% ownership of the McFauld's West property."

Why do they need professional advisers if there is no issue?

A very mixed message IMHO.

Sounds like Noront may have some claim to Probe property but it does not seem from this press release that Probe has any claim on Noront property.

JMHO.
