Don't try to read more into Probe's, in my opinion poorly written, news release.

The market hates question marks and raising a question about Probe's claim ownership is going to be damaging to their share price.

So how can Probe reassure the market? They have to get some expert commentary from outside their company and that, I believe, is all the news release indicates.
