I'm sorry but I don't buy any delay in 43-101 because of other discoveries. That isn't a reason not to finish a full report on DE1 and it's economic value as currently understood.

Of course there will be updates and revisions to the 43-101 framework, that's a given but no reason to hold back initial release.

Lack of a preliminary 43-101 when it was expected is, in my opinion, the single most important reason Noront's share price is where it is today.

There is no legal reason Nornt can't report on progress and layout a time frame for the release of a 43-101.
