"in two days" is an incredible exaggeration and is the exact point that I am trying to make. Expectations that can't be met. A two week turnaround is incredibly fast. Actlabs can do this. Now, if they have to be re-assayed it will be another two weeks, plus a few days for our own QA/QC lab. I for one am glad that we didn't get them back in just over two weeks...

This is so ridiculous. Why would Don Hoy cut his throat by suggesting something so silly? From what I know of him, he wouldn't.
