"in two days" is an incredible exaggeration and is the exact point that I am trying to make. Expectations that can't be met. A two week turnaround is incredibly fast. Actlabs can do this. Now, if they have to be re-assayed it will be another two weeks, plus a few days for our own QA/QC lab. I for one am glad that we didn't get them back in just over two weeks...

Agree 100% Derek. I'll wait for a response from Shaquille first. If not I'll phone Don Hoy or go see him with a copy of the post.

This is so ridiculous. Why would Don Hoy cut his throat by suggesting something so silly? From what I know of him, he wouldn't.

I have a feeling Shaquille may have misunderstood a statement.
