My take would be that Noront is cherry picking what seem to be the best anamolies and jv'ing the rest of them to smaller companies. The name of this game is going to be to try and prove up as much tonnage as we can as quickly as we can and the claims map that Helium posted earlier tells the story. We simply have too much land to drill effectively so by jv'ing some of the claims, we can continue to define our resource which will help get us a higher price from a major. If we decide to do everything on our own, I'm not sure many of us will still be alive by the time they get around to all their claims. I think that this is a very smart way of developing the area and applaud RN for the deals he's been able to put together so far. Hopefully this is good practice for the MONSTER deal that we're all hoping for.
