Nice post, Goldilox! Yes, this is extremely significant news and requires a massive upward evaluation of price of NOT's stock simply upon what has been found to date (excluding for the moment the obvious 'blue sky' potential - which is now even more substantial).

We have now hit a long length of chromite that is 50% Cr2O3. Our best before this (which was excellent) was 39%. The $500/tonne price you put on this is accurate (conservatively). But, with the high iron content, and the other minerals added to the mix, we are definitely at over $600/tonne for this rock. Yet, as seen from another article, which I posted recently, the processed chromium from this is worth 10 times the amount of the raw ore dug up and shipped out. Xstrata and CVRD (Vale) are definitely taking note of this development, and are probably starting to discuss among their board members how much longer they can afford to wait before making a stab at bidding for a major share of what we have (especially with the fabulous 'blue sky' potential known from the fact that these type of mineral bodies do not occur in isolation, but in large groups - and because we have staked the lion's share of the ground proven to hold these types of bodies according to the magnetic signatures they produce). This is just one more evidence of the remarkable regional mineral body we have found!!!!
